“모든 직원이 항상 웃으며 성격이 밝고 매우 친절했습니다. 5성급에 맞는 청결함과 매트리스와 배게도 편했습니다. 조식부페는 호텔규모에 비해서 약간 좁은 느낌도 있지만 편하게 대기할 수 있는 라운지가 있어서 약간의 시간만 기다린다면 어렵지 않게 식사를 할 수 있습니다. 음식은 상대적으로 디저트 종류가 많으며 채소를 좋아하는 분에게는 아쉬울 수 있습니다. 주방에서 만들어주는 다양한 계란요리를 추천합니다. 저녁은 호텔 레스토랑에서 와인페어링을 포함한 5코스의 식사를 하였는데 호텔 투숙객에게는 할인이 있습니다. 이탈리안과 포르투갈(주로생선요리) 스타일의 식당인데 전통적인 이탈리안 식당을 기대하면 안되고 이탈리안 느낌의 모던 레스토랑으로 생각하면 좋을 것입니다. 미슐랭 별은 잃은 것 같지만 가격대비 매우 만족스러운 음식과 와인 페어링이었습니다. 특히 수요일과 일요일에는 식사하면서 파두관람도 할 수 있습니다. ”

“Property is extremely clean and walkable distance to most attractions. Things to be aware of, this is not hotel, so reception desk staff is on-site 10 am to 2pm. They clean the rooms every 4 days. You need to get your own kitchen necessities. The marketplace for groceries is quite a walk up and down hills. About 20 min. No laundry on-site. The management should really consider getting washer and dryer (Laundry) for the units. The public laundromats are extremely expensive in Porto....
