Hotel located in a safe area, with gate to allow guests in/out. Front desk was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good.

This is a comfortable place to stay in walking distance of downtown Santa Cruz. They now have a seating area on the roof with a lively view.
