Whent I make my check out at 5:30AM the person in the lobby want to charge me 20.00 Bolivians more for the taxi when y ask to the lady how much is for the taxi I the morning she explain me the amount is 80.00 bolivianos but whent I make my check out the person say the amount is 100.00 only to make the receipt in the reception at the end I pay to the taxi directly and they charge me 80.00 bolivianos and they give me a receipt too.

When I first checked in I was assigned a room with poor A/C that was not working properly and a humid room with mildew odor....NO GOOD! I requested room changed, and the second one in a higher floor was in good condition!!...also I have to mention that I requested a wake-up call in the morning for the following day in order to go to the Airport, and I "never" received that call in the morning...NO GOOD AT ALL!... thanks to be cautious I set up my own wake up call in my cellular phone, otherwise my flight would be lost!!...VERY BAD!!!

Todo estuvo muy satisfactorio, el personal muy bien atendido, el restaurante con un buen menú. El único negativo ha sido el Internet, es muy inestable y ese pero es constante. Al menos en las habitaciones que estuve.

Muy buen hotel, pensado para que el huésped se sienta en casa. El personal es atento y amable. El desayuno es surtido y agradable. Sólo les recomiendo cambiar la gritería en la habitación que me hospede, es antigua, ya no se puede controlar bien.

Great hotel for families

We stayed at Taborochi suites for 3 nights and had a nice stay. Buffet breakfast was excellent, great variety of food and a chef on hand to make your desired eggs. Location was great, if you don't mind walking a few mins, Ventura shopping mall was 25 mins walk, IC Norte was 15 mins walk, Zoo was close by also. The pool area was nice with a sauna but the jacuzi was small. Overall the hotel was great to stay in. Only downside was the plumbing, not sure if this was a one off but one night we had bad sewer smell in the 2nd bathroom. Main bathroom was not as bad but had a slight smell.
