“This hotel was excellent, primarily because of its great location, making it easy to walk anywhere. On the first day, the staff provided a kind and thorough explanation, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The thoughtfully arranged amenities were also impressive. The breakfast, though simple, was sufficient, and the hotel was quiet and safe. It is a wonderful and cozy hotel that I would highly consider visiting again. Thank you. ”

“The staff was great. The included breakfast was delicious. We stayed one night and had dinner which was one of the best meals on Santa Cruz. What really set the hotel apart from others was the fact that we were able to check in when we arrived at 10:30 am. The grounds were beautiful with about 15 to 20 giant tortoises roaming freely among coffee, banana and orange trees. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Arrived late and left early the next day to catch a flight so did not have the luxury of spending as much time at the resort as we would have liked. Spacious comfy rooms and excellent staff and food!”

“Breakfast was served fresh - upon arrival to dining area, eggs and plantain were fried. Bun super fresh. Coffee delicious. No ocean view, but pool was lovely to relax in after a long day exploring. Young lady at Reception, Andrea, couldn't be more helpful. A pleasure to deal with. She arranged airport transfer for me. Also helped carry bags up to room.”
