Patio door wouldn't lock on the bottom latch. Called them to let them know. Prompt service but couldn't get it fixed. Top of door was latched, so it was fine. Didn't feel unsafe. AC works great. Patio Elba Boutique Hotel
What a gem! Tucked away in Santurce, near walkable cafes teaming with culture and true Boricua life. Attention was paid to every detail. I loved my room in the lower area. So quiet! So adorable! I can't wait to return. Santurce is alive and this hotel is a haven!
