Very nice hotel with great amenities. Our only issue was the room was a smoked room and when we asked to see if that can be fixed, an air refresher was brought in. hehe
Other than that, everything was great. Staff is very friendly and lots of activities provided by hotel.
We rented a villa which was very close to the sea but as patio doors had no screen, we could never let the doors open. Room was poorly decorated but otherwise very clean. The site is beautiful, however it has no beach and had only one access to the see. The food was disapponting, below standard for that type of resort. Will not return.
I stayed in a small villa which only had 5 minutes of hot water before the water turned cold. Maintenance came to fix the problem, but never fixed it; even though the front desk insisted that maintenance confirmed that the issue was fixed. The hot water heater was turned to maximum but it did not fix the problem. The staff offered to move my room, but they would only move 1 of the 3 rooms which was not possible for us due to medical issues with one of the family members. I had to figure out a way to shower with continuously turning the water on and off, to wash and rinse, so I would not run out of hot water. It was very inconvenient. Also, if renting a villa please know that there are MANY stairs to climb to get to the main hotel. So if you are elderly or have any type of disability or injury, the villas are not an option for you. Although the can send a golf cart for you, it is inconvenient and not way to get into. I also felt disrespected by the front desk staff because when I voiced my concerns to them, they began speaking to each other in Italian instead of continuing to speak in English.

I love the vintage look of the hotel, but the cracks in the furniture can be repaired and the outside needs to be cleaned
Super nice hotel. Views of the sea are amazing. Salt and fresh water pools. Great nightly entertainment. Good value. Missing coffee in the room. Parking could have been right at the hotel and they charged $12/night. Food was good.

Breakfast buffet was 90 percent bread and pastries. Facilities were tired and dated and music at night was very loud. Our “villa” was a tiny room.
There aren’t a lot of options nearby and it does have beach access and pools.
A very nice resort, a solid 4-star.
Good food, good service, very nice facility, good entertainment. A very nice place to stay with everything you need. However, to see more that the resort a car is recommended, the surrounding area does not have so much to offer.
The waiters in the restaurant behaves like the dont like the job, rude, tired and no service minded. The night shows were fanstastic. The breakfast room need som accustic plates. THE HOTGEL NEEDS a airport shuttle we paid 300 Euro from the airport and back, to expensive.
The reason I say it is "unsafe" is because we were staying in one of the bungalows, and to get there was really "unsafe", since there is ZERO lighting, if we did not have our cell phone's light, we would have fallen a million time.. The steps are completely IN THE DARK..
Front desk staff is not helpful at all. For any question we ask the answer is “ I dont know” and then brush off.
The taxi service staff arranged had no AC and driver had to keep windows down even when we told him we have dust allergies.
Buffet breakfast sub optimal

The guest experience at this property could be better, but this is not a "we go above and beyond" mindset here. The club members are treated disproportionately better than the other guests, regardless of how much they are charging for the room and length of stay. Parking is not free and is located outside the hotel property (because the club members are only allowed to use the on site parking.) Please note that it is not safe to walk along the state highway that is required for the regular guest parking. There are many steps and poorly lit areas. Food... you come to Sicily, that has some of the best fruits, vegetables, food, etc,...and you are not given locally grown fruits. We were never told in over a week about many of their amenities and we were left a postcard as we were departing, to book an info meeting for the Club, addressed to the wrong guest's name, when they could have approached us any time sooner to market this important incentive of this property. The gym is well equipped and easily accessible. The entertainment is a nice feature and vey engaging. The rooms are thoroughly clean and the staff in housekeeping is very courteous and accommodating. This is a property that can be and can do better, in such a beautiful location.
The location of the property is absolutely stunning.
The staff? Really don’t know what to say.
For 10 days I have been waiting for them to fix the tv in the room.
As of now it hasn’t happened. They told me they would switch it.
We’ll it didn’t happen.
Left several messages. The last one last night but they don’t have anyone on staff to send out and try to fix it because it’s late.
Late?
The hotel should have someone on staff a night also.
This was my last stay.
