Terrible service, and is not clean! My bed sheets was ripped and the top sheet had blood stains, disgusting! You won't get any blanket, just one sheet to cover yourself, no comforter either. I want to cancel my stay and book another hotel, but refused. They sent someone to change the bed sheets. ...

Xtay Guarulhos Aeroporto
The air conditioner was not working well, the room was too hot. The coffee machine and microwave were not working. The pillows were terrible and not enough for people sleeping on the sofa bed. The room is on the older side and might need repairs.
