Swimming pool was not that big, but has enough space and sunbed to have sunbathing. Sauna and Spa was excellent. Staff were very kind. Great stay.”
“모두 다 좋았습니다. 조식 훌륭하고, 자연풀장 (Las Salinas)이 바로 밑에 있는데다 경관도 훌륭하고 발코니도 좋고 서비스도 무난합니다.
그러나 SPA 이용연령이 16세 이상이라는게 큰 아쉬움이었습니다. 홈페이지 등에 미리 안내가 되어 있지도 않았구요. 실내수영장이 있는 것도 아니고, 아이들이 수영하기에는 야외수영장이 물이 차갑습니다. 물을 데워주는 시설도 (있다고는 하지만) 작동하지 않는 것 같았습니다. 이런 사항들에 대해 문의하면 (돌아다니는) 직원들은 매우 불친절합니다. SPA reception의 직원은 친절했고, 아이들에게 쿠키와 사탕을 주며 달랬지만 아쉬운 마음이 남습니다.”
“Nous avons réservé cette chambre en urgence due à l’impossibilité pour nous d’atterrir à Funchal, Madère. Malgré une arrivée le dimanche et un petit couac sur la chambre initialement réservée (le lit n’était pas fait), le personnel nous a immédiatement proposé une autre chambre qui était meilleure que la première, et notre séjour d’une nuit fut reposant et agréable.”

“A wonderful experience in Gran Canaria with this outstanding hotel – Gloria Royal Palace Hotel & Spa. Receptions are very nice and helpful. Breakfast Buffet with many different choices of food and drinks. I highly recommend the OMELETTE which is prepared on-site by the chef. Yummy!! Guests staying in the hotel would prefer the outdoor pool. Therefore, the hydromassage station is not crowded. Convenient location, it takes only 6 mins drive to Mogan Mall. Excellent hotel, not to be missed.”
