"The best place to stay in Naples, very clean and newly renovated rooms, very near to Metro and Port, they had all the facilities in the room, air conditioner was cool, Alex helped us to checkin the hotel, very nice communication, he is so friendly, when we checked out we missed a ferry in Capri and Alex kept our luggage very safe till we came back, he treated us so well.
