“Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

" Location A great location after a long flight!!! (though the duration between free shuttle bus between terminal 1 and 2 seemed quite long. I think it was longer than the indicated 15 min.) Staff Very professional, kind, and helpful. Room Clean Food An included free drink when checking-in. The breakfast was great with lots of options from cold to hot food & drinks - Room key The room key sometimes doesn't work, though the staff were quick to exchange the key."
