The driving staff was very helpful. The front desk however did not relay requests very well and we did not have good service. The front desk manager would not let us continue to use the resort facilities after the noon checkout time even though our flight pick up time was 3 hours away unless we paid another 450 pesos each for use of the pool etc my family was still checked in for another 5 days…Our own check in time was later in the evening but they could not show us any hospitality for that other. The dine in restaurants were average but not great. The service we got one night was very poor and several tables next to us also left without completing their meal. The beach bufffet was our best experience of the entire 10 day stay. Would not book there again based on their front desk service and the restaurant service.
