Die Unterkunft punktet vor allem durch ihre hervorragende Lage: nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, mit teilweise direktem Meerblick und einer sehr angenehmen, sicheren Umgebung. Restaurants, kleine Supermärkte und der Strand sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Straßenleben ist lebendig, aber nicht unangenehm, und insgesamt wirkt der Ort sauber und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind bewusst offen gestaltet, was für viel Luft und Meeresrauschen sorgt, aber auch Geräusche von der Straße oder der Außenbeleuchtung durchlässt. Mit den Ventilatoren werden die meisten Außengeräusche jedoch gut überdeckt. Die Ausstattung ist funktional, aber sehr einfach: kein TV, keine Minibar, kein Tisch oder Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer. WLAN funktioniert gut, die Klimaanlage ist nur gegen Aufpreis verfügbar, was angesichts der hohen Zimmerpreise nicht ideal ist. Der Safe bietet nur begrenzten Schutz. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Gemeinschaftsküche mit zwei großen Kühlschränken sowie die schönen Außenbereiche mit Hängematten, Sitzplätzen und Meerblick. Fußduschen und Außendusche sind praktisch und gut durchdacht. Die Atmosphäre ist familiär, und man kommt leicht mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber eher zurückhaltend. Proaktive Informationen zu Aktivitäten oder Empfehlungen wären wünschenswert, da das Potenzial einer kleinen, persönlichen Unterkunft hier nicht ganz ausgeschöpft wird.

Se trata de una casa particular hecha hotel atendida por dos personas (a veces 3), de las cuales ninguna sabe cocinar algo que no sean espaguettis y pizzas, muy malas por cierto. No se hace limpieza en los cuartos y para el acceso a la playa se tiene que caminar cierta distancia solo para encontrarse con una playa de mar picado en la que no se puede nadar... La gota que derramó al vaso fue encontrar un escorpión dentro de nuestro equipaje en el cuarto en el que estábamos... Es una lástima, porque ciertamente el lugar donde se encuentra el hotel es único: permite ver el amanecer y el atardecer en el mismo horizonte marítimo
