Personeel zie je alleen bij het inchecken. Daarna wordt je aan je lot overgelaten. Ontbij is ronduit waardeloos. Je krijgt 1 boterham en eventueel 1 crossaint. Na 2 dagen is t brood op en krijg je dus niets. Hooguit een croissant als die over zijn. De bedden kraken vreselijk. Kussens zijn steen hard. Voor mij hier 1 keer geboekt en dus nooit meer. Is dat geld absoluut niet waard.

You have to call to contact front desk staff for check in/exit. Staff were friendly. But it feels like a rooming house and is 30 mins from the port.

The check-in process leaves a lot to be desired. I tried contacting the hotel to let them know that we would be checking in after 2pm. However, no one answered. When we finally arrived, the door to the hotel was locked so we had no way of getting in. A lady next door told us we had to go around the corner to the restaurant to get someone to check us in. There were no signs anywhere of this process and after traveling for over 12 hours it was definitely an inconvenience. There are no elevators so we had to lug 4 bags to the room. The gentleman that checked us in was nice enough to help with the bags. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired and is very old. Almost like mini apartments. They do offer breakfast but only coffee, pastries or danishes. The bed was low to the floor and small as well as the bathroom. When we were on our way to find something to eat, the door knob literally came off and we almost were locked in. My husband was able to get us out and the man at the desk was able to fix the door immediately. The area around the hotel is quaint and there are a number of restaurants.

Mi e piaciuta la posizione la vicinanza con tutto e la gentilezza è la disponibilità del gestore ma la stanza singola la ritoccherei.. e presenterei diversamente.. infatti di recente mi sono recata a fare una visita ad un parente in ospedale e il letto mi ricorda molto l ambiente ospedaliero....

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. No frills for an overnight stay before flying back to the States. The staff was helpful and attentive. Be aware there is no elevator or ice machine.

The room is basic. Imagine 1970s building with some update. The room does have usb plugs on one side of the bed, very useful for American travelers. bathroom is basic and is that a bidet? It sprays 3 in front and one in back. Yikes! The room is not as sound proof, but ok. Sometimes you get an annoying person who sings in the hallways or watches TV until 2AM. The building is next to a courtyard park, where sometimes you get young adults yakking until midnight. There is a mini mart, but beware, rude and and poorly stocked. Go to the bigger market one down the street, better stocked and better service. There is AC, but didn't need since I was there in Mid October 2026. There are only a few rooms and no elevator. There is free pastry and coffee at the bistro a feet steps from the building for the "free breakfast." Don't mind the flies on the croissant, they're Italian so adds protein and flavor. There are staff to check you in and it is self check out, leave your key at the counter I was told. Walking distance, about 10-15 minutes to train, good for Civitavecchia and Rome. The building is one stop to the port of Civitavecchia for cruise and several to Rome. Get off at Roma St Pietro for Vatican city and Roma Termini for Colosseum, fountain of Trevi and others. This building in next to several dining establishments, literally a few steps away. The beach is also a walking distance.

You get what you pay for. I only needed to stay for one night so I risked this booking. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the air conditioning in the room was not working properly- so it wasn’t an ideal temperature in the room. Additionally, the included breakfast was only pastries. Nothing sustainable- but better than nothing perhaps ?

Excellent service

The staff was super nice! As my boyfriend is tall they arranged so that we got a bigger room then the one we booked, so the stay would be more comfortable for us!

We checked in late, but the man and woman at the front desk were so helpful and got us all checked in, as well supplied us with an adapter for our phone chargers... love the little cafe for breakfast in the morning as well 😍

Room was nice, clean. Lots of dining options close by. Hotel has a small bistro less than a block away with coffee and pastry included for breakfast. We thought the hotel had a shuttle service to the cruise port, but found one of the staff to provide transportation very reasonably. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and is right off the main street. The marina is a few blocks away.

this is a small Hotel that is basic but very clean. The woman running the hotel is very nice and friendly. we chose a package which included breakfast for six euros per person which was a good value

Quite basic but used a base for Rome day trip on the train - 10 min walk to the station and ticket 4 euros each way. Breakfast basic but served in nice friendly cafe and good staff. Public parking outside of property 7euros a day on easy park app.
