Great secluded place, super dog friendly, being able to bring Tucker and have him hang out is a big reason I will come back. staff at the pool was very kind and always available, super hot and this place was a perfect little get away, room was comfortable, a/c was cold

My husband and I loved Maple resort, we were looking for a relaxing getaway and we found it. The staff were amazing, very helpful and kind. The room is beautiful and give romantic vibes. The pool area is very well maintained and clean, we swam for hours. We can’t wait to go back.

The property and the rooms are great. Many areas to relax. Drive to the resort is a bit rough. The restaurant on site is closed and there really isn’t any nearby restaurants. Would definitely go back but take some snacks.

Absolutely incredible experience. I most definitely will say we will be back. Super helpful and responsive at all times. My only suggestion would be shorter door code combination haha but honestly the place is incredibly beautiful place in nature with nothing but animals and bright stars.

My July 2026 stay at Maple Resort was disappointing despite a few positives. The room itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and featured an excellent mattress that made for a great night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. The resort continues to advertise an on-site restaurant that has been permanently closed for years, which was misleading. Reception was difficult to locate due to poor signage, and the mile-long dirt access road was in poor condition and made my back sore. Friendly but unsupervised dogs also wandered throughout the property. Most concerning, the resort failed to address loud, intoxicated day-pass guests who overcrowded the jacuzzi, vaped openly, and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for families with young children. I reported these concerns to staff without action being taken. I would not recommend or return to Maple Resort until my concerns are meaningfully addressed.

This property is better suited for guests who plan to stay on-site for their entire trip rather than coming and going. Driving at night was very unsettling. The roads are in poor condition, there is very little lighting to guide you, and the area feels extremely dark, which made us feel unsafe. One of the biggest disappointments was that there is no food available on-site and very little staff present. In my opinion, that does not meet the expectations of a resort. Leaving the property at night to find something to eat is not a practical or comfortable option, so I highly recommend stopping to purchase enough food, snacks, and drinks before arriving to last for the duration of your stay. The views are absolutely beautiful during the day and the scenery is peaceful. At night, however, the property lacks adequate lighting, which makes getting around more difficult. There are also several dogs on the property. They were intimidating at first, but after spending some time there, we realized they were harmless and simply live around the property. Overall, while the daytime views are stunning, I would not consider this property a resort based on the lack of amenities, food service, staffing, and overall guest convenience.

Hinden gem

Excellent staff, attention was personalized all the time. Ms. Karen and her partner helped us to feel very welcome and very comfortable. We recommend to visit the resort restaurant "Fortuna" they have a very good presentation and the cocktail bar was outstanding. Thank you maple resort team!

Stayed at Maple 5/31/25-6/1/25. It is off road in a tranquil location. Check in was strictly at 3 and we had to wait for the front desk concierge till then. It was unfortunate the restaurant burnt down in January so we were limited to the swim up bar. We didn't do the ferris wheel since it was also closed. The place was kept very clean and the staff at the swim up bar were very attentive and very hard working. They deserve raises. Overall it was remote and relaxing.

I loved the resort!!!! The pool area. Even though the Ferris wheel are is advertised, it was closed during my stay. The road to the resort very bumpy, take a truck with good tires. but other than that, great place to stay.

Based on the place it was beautiful. The place was really clean, staff was nice but I was truly disappointed as no one mentioned anything about the zip line being closed, the restaurant Fortuna being shut down which led us to drive out to have dinner. The worse part of all was that one of the bed sheets had lots of blood stains which I can seem to understand why this went without notice. We had to stay 2 days in the room under these conditions as no one came to clean our room but left a bag outside of our patio like for us to do it ourselves. I left the trash in a bag on the patio and that was also not picked up which led to animals going through it and attacking flies. Over all I was not satisfied with my stay……..
