“It was very good. The view from my room was soso but the view from the hotel lobby was really good. Breakfast was tasty and restaurant was clean and large. Comillas was really beautiful town. ”

“There was no soundproof in the bathroom of the room I was assigned to. I could hear the Spanish lady speaking ultra loudly. I turned up my music so she would know I could hear her. The hotel really need to fix this. Even closing the bathroom door didn’t help. However, I am content with the location and the view of the room.”

“Unfortunately, it lacks a few basic amenities that are crucial for any traveler. The rooms don't have fridge nor mini bar, no phones, the hotel has no restaurant or cafeteria, the staff leaves at 11pm and comes back in the morning, no shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. They provide you with one bottle of water for the entire night. Good help you if you have a medical emergency or a stomach ache. Having said this, the staff tries really hard...maybe too hard!
