“Great hotel.. perfect for all the great restaurants and bars”

“There was no soundproof in the bathroom of the room I was assigned to. I could hear the Spanish lady speaking ultra loudly. I turned up my music so she would know I could hear her. The hotel really need to fix this. Even closing the bathroom door didn’t help. However, I am content with the location and the view of the room.”

“Staffs are very kind and hotel room has a very good veranda for ocean view.”

“Located at calm and beautiful place. Santander is one of the best places for strolling.”

“Nice”

“Personal at front desk were nice. The coffee shop and dinner venue were rude seemed put out just getting things like coffee in the morning. The girl from Peru was the friendliest.. We are not use to bad service and to top it off we are the only ones that tip. The hotel needs to have a meeting on how to treat guests.. The waitress in the dining area was grumpy and inattentive after that we never ate at the restaurant again..”
