“Managed to get an accessibility room after some discussion. Evidently you can only reserve them if you phone in and not by registering online. Also right outside the accessible room was the only ice machine for the whole facility and it is not secured at night. People were filling large coolers at all times during the night. Most did not actually stay at the lodge.”

“Carpets were dirty and stained, walls had scuffs on them and furniture was damaged. A/C barely worked and when I asked for someone to check it I was told this was energy saving option. Reservation was for four people, yet there were only three towels in the bathroom and two bottles of water. Lights were so dimmed you could barely see at night and some of them didn't work.
Upon check-in I was invited to sign a document declining housekeeping services since we stayed three nights.
Not a four star...
