We were treated as if we were long lost family members returning for a sweet reunion. Food was excellent, the every other day housekeeping was just right. The hotel was in a great central location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my bathroom sink and they fixed it pretty quickly. The rooms were very nice and provided many amenities no longer provided by other hotels.

This hotel is likely ideal for families visiting San Diego, but not as ideal for couple using it for a one night stay. The location is good -close to the freeway. The pool is lovely, but the hotel surrounds the pool and every room pretty much faces it. As a result it was a bit noisy until 10pm. Also the breakfast was meh - very little of what I consider healthier options. Overall it’s a fine property, but maybe not ideal for people looking for peace and quiet.
