A very good 3 star hotel

All the staff were very friendly. A good choice of food in the restaurant. A good selection of food at the snack bar. Rooms were very clean, plenty of hot water. The entertainment was good, the animation team worked very hard. Their is a solarium on the roof terrace that is only for adults. They have just installed a jacuzzi. It doesn't say when It opens. I will definitely go back 😊

Clean hotel plenty of sunbeds BBC & itv in room

Second time at this hotel and would come again! 2 pools plenty of sunbeds at each,we sat at pool at back of property try get sunbeds nearer bar than pool table as if nearer pool table this gets shadier around 4pm.we had no problem getting subbeds where we wanted at 8.30am. both pools have bars serving free drink and vanilla strawberry chocolate ice cream if all inclusive. I very fussy plain eater and wife coeliac we had no problems with food. Always pasta chips chicken salad at dinner. Bacon scrambled eggs croissants breakfast. At one of pools there is outdoor grill where from 1pm til around 5/6pm can get hotdogs burgers chips chicken pork chops salad. There is lunch in main restaurant if prefer. Breakfast includes fresh pancakes. Chef does fried eggs and I noticed some days omelettes. If self catering Lidl 10min walk steep uphill there but at least downhill back. Water dispensers in restaurant and bar don't taste great initially but got used to it and 8litre water bottle only 1.55 Euro at hiper Dino supermarket which 2 min walk away on flat. Room basic but clean, in shower is shower gel in dispenser. Towels provided and maid service every day but Sunday . Top level has no balcony so if this important request this on booking. Room has BBC and itv tv channels . Nearby bars 2 minutes walk away showing English premier league football games. If get taxi from airport to hotel this takes 35minutes and 50 Euro each way .

Friendly helpful staff, lovely stay

First room was very noisy overnight with ? flushing toilets every minute overnight and every 15 seconds from 6am. Staff helpful and changed our room quickly. Lots of choices for food. Only disappointed in vegetarian choice one evening. Would come back again

Basic clean cheap room ( value for money)

We looked for a budget hotel as we spent most of the holiday out and about. Showers were V small and hard to get space near the pool. Clean rooms , bed ect and aircon. You get what you pay for. Self board!

En cuanto al precio, la verdad es que es económico. Ahora bien, pedimos un estudio, el cual no nos dieron, desde que hice la reserva había puesto que fuera en planta alta, nos tocó en la primera planta, así que no entiendo para que tienen el apartado de preferencias a la hora de hacer la reserva. Luego la limpieza en la habitación, no es nada buena, sábanas sucias al llegar, espejos, suelo etc. El hotel estaba abarrotado, a las nueve y media de la mañana, ya no tenías sitio para ponerte en la piscina, colas para entrar al restaurante, esto es algo que deberían de tener más controlado y no permitir que hayan tantos ocupantes. Uno de los días estaba en el baño con la puerta abierta y la señora de la limpieza me abrió la puerta sin tocar ni nada, un poquito de intimidad por favor, que para algo estamos pagando. Y en cuanto a la comida, pues no es mucha variedad pero siempre encuentras algo y la verdad es que está buena, sobre todo los desayunos.

Disappointing hotel

After spending over £2000 for a 9 night stay at this hotel I was expecting a lot more. The room facilities were very basic and dated. Some days we did not have water and no soap to wash with. The food was very poor most days and the choice of drinks very disappointing. The hotel dining room was not big enough for the amount of guests. There were cockroaches in the dining room and we even found 1 in our our room. We were not provided with any information when we checked in and was put in a room with no air-condition and was only moved 3 days later after we completed. We were then provided with a room near the road were the water tanker came to deliver water every morning and it was so noisy. Coaches were in and out most of the time. The beds were not comfortable and not long enough. Most of the facilities were out of order or too overcrowded. The accessibility for push chairs was very awkward as you still needed to go up stairs. There were not enough lifts for the size of the hotel size ad also very dated and slow.

Nada agradable

Mala limpieza,no atención en español en recepción por que no había nadie en recepción que entendiera Español. Cinco días esperando que me arreglarán el difusor de gel y al final después de reclamar me dieron una botella de gel, increible,Las comidas repetitivas y tanto pastas con arroces súper pasados y justo alas 9 te estan apagando las vitrinas de las comidas y quitándote las bandejas,pues no entiendo si el comedor tiene un horario de 18:30 a 21:00si yo entro a las 20:45 no me da tiempo a nada,y me siento que me tiran y las comidas te ponen un ejemplo pollo en una bandeja y cuando se termina,no ponen otra de lo mismo no alomejor te ponen u a coliflor y los postres igual,muy mal No se lo recomiendo a nadie sobre todo si es Español,esta enfocado slos extranjero.

Cruisestandard på maten på et all inclusive hotell

Ypperlig service i resepsjonen. Blide og hjelpsomme. Matsalen er stor, men fint utformet, slik at det ikke var noe særlig tallerken og bestikkstøy. Det var hvite, rene duker til alle måltider. Maten var førsteklasses og utrolig variert. Noe ble tillaget i restauranten hver dag. Her er det ikke bare gryteretter, men kjøtt som ble skåret opp i skiver, fisk i ulike variasjoner, frukt, grønt og gode kaker og desserter. Ved poolen kunne de som liker "junkfood" få litt forskjellig, fra dag til dag, men så også kyllingbiter en dag. Servitører, kokker og hovmester hadde alle uvanlig fine uniformer og var stolte, profesjonelle, blide og vakre, det virket som et godt arbeidsmiljø. Det var aktiviteter av alle slag, som gymnastikk, vanngymping, dart, boccia, bordtennis, bueskyting, bingo. Det var mannekengoppvisning 2 ganger ved poolen. Ulike salgsbord hver dag utfor spisesalen. Underholdning på kvelden. Supert! Vi koste oss veldig de 5 dagene vi var her. Mye for pengene.

Nous avons eu une chambre pour 4 personnes 2 adultes et 2 enfants Lit pour un des enfants lattes cassees et même manquantes,baie vitre ne fermant pas d'un côté donc ouverte, bonjour la sécurité. Chasse d'eau casse l'eau coulait constamment, robinet pour la douche casse pas possible de se doucher, cela nous a mené à nous poser comment à été nettoyé la salle de bain si là doucette ne fonctionnait pas. Après signalement tout le nécessaire à été fait par l hotel mais comment peut on remettre une chambre sans vérifier au par avant sont état. État des plages de piscines, salle par le comportement de certains touriste et l'hotel ne fait rien c'est ce que nous avons constate pendant notre sejour Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et pour nous ne mérite pas les 3 etoiles

Globalement acceptable.Faut juste pas miser sur la piscine chauffée. Il s'agit d'un petit bassin avec une eau a peine 1 deg plus chaude que celle des piscines non chauffées.

Everything we needed and good value for money

We took advantage of a great two week all inclusive deal and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were big and clean, the facilities good and most of the staff friendly. Yes, it's not a 5* hotel, and can be noisy, but it was great value for what we paid. The food and drink was varied and good quality and we had a very comfortable stay.

Great family hotel complex

We stayed the week before Christmas, the complex has a lovely atmosphere, the staff were great and very helpful, it was nice that there were 2 pool options, 1 busy with games and music and the other quiet and relaxing. The hotel was very clean and staff were out early in the mornings cleaning the pool areas. We stayed all inclusive and the was a wide variety of food available, on a Buffett style basis, as well as a BBQ at the pool.

no podías ir a la piscina a tomar el sol , los extranjeros a las 7h. de la mañana ya reservaban todas las tumbonas y el volumen de la música en la piscina es excesivo.

ATTENTION !!! des animations tard dans la nuit donc si le bruit vous dérange ne pas aller dans cet hôtel. C'est un grand complexe : beaucoup d'animations possibles, restaurants, etc... convient si on aime l'ambiance "club". Deux bémols : la chambre n'est pas faite tous les jours et nous n'avions plus de linge de toilettes les 2 derniers jours. Nous avons dû en demander à la réception. Plus grave si vous avez des enfants en bas âge, il n'y avait pas de cache sur les prises électriques !!

Like it but

Hotel very clean but some rooms were not easy to find and we were given a map to find our way up stairs with no lift access with luggage. Also WiFi available for 30mins. Kettle in room but had to provide our own refreshments although all inclusive. Had to have own bottle to top up on water from the restaurant. 10 euro deposit for remote to use TV in room.
