The check-in staff was extremely helpful with our hotel room and with advice about being in the city the hotel room was tidy and had clean sheets. It was a bit grungy. Location is excellent so if you don’t need perfect this is manageable.

Experiência maravilhosa! Check in não demorou, Andrés estava nos aguardando e deu todas as instruções com paciência e atenção. Tivemos um imprevisto com a energia do apartamento e o Andrés foi perfeito em nos dar atenção e resolver a questão. Bom custo-benefício

Tem uma boa relação custo-benefício. O hotel tem boa localização, tem estação de metro na esquina e é possível fazer vários passeios a pé. O tamanho do quarto é bem razoável e oferece cozinha com vários e bons utensílios domésticos, que permite economizar com café da manhã ou refeições rápidas. Apesar de vários pontos positivos, a internet era horrível, caía toda hora, e a limpeza deixava a desejar.

Localização Ótima

A limpeza e localização São os pontos fortes. No entanto tivemos contratempos com falta de água quente para tomar banho por mais de 1 dia. Estávamos em 4 pessoas e tínhamos que tomar banhos em horários espaçados. Outro ponto foi que o disjuntor do banheiro e cozinha desarmou deixando o banheiro e cozinha sem.energia. Portanto, para famílias não recomendo mesmo sendo muito mas muito bem localizado.
