โOwner was great, very helpful staff. Comfortable bed. We left early for a tour and they had breakfast to go for us and laundry done when we returned. No sign out front so couldnโt find right away. โ
โUna increรญble atenciรณn por parte de Atenas, desde un dรญa antes se puso en contacto conmigo para coordinar todo (traslado, habitaciรณn, etc) me ayudรณ con todos los tours incluyendo Machu Picchu ya que no tenรญa tickets. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!โ

โI arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms.
However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...

โWas fantastic hotel. Room was really huge and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location to access market san pedro, plaza was very convenient. Also, people all were very professional and kind. One of best hotels I ever visited all around the world. I want to recommend this hotel to whoever has plan to visit to cusco, especially with family members.

โMe preocupaba un poco el que alguien habรญa dicho que su habitaciรณn fue ruidosa, pero definitivamente no fue el caso. No sรฉ si tuvo que ver el que nos dieran una habitaciรณn en la secciรณn mรกs nueva del hotel, pero en ningรบn momento me pareciรณ que la calle fuese ruidosa. El personal es excepcionalmente amable. โIt is located next to the wide road and easily accessible to the โPlaza de Armasโ. I walked to the โSan Pedro Marketโ and post office for sending my package to my country. Staff was very kind and gentle. It provides breakfast. I feel so comfortable at this hotel. โ
