La música a alta horas de la madrugada de la discoteca en la propiedad no permite que los huéspedes puedan descansar de jueves a domingo. Al igual que si como huésped llegas tarde de la noche no tiene donde estacionarse debido a que le dan prioridad a los clientes que llegan a la discoteca de estacionarse, y los huéspedes tenemos que dejar las llaves de nuestros vehículos a disposición del personal del hotel para que ellos estaciones nuestros vehículos quien sabe a qué hora de la madrugada sin saber si estarán seguros. Deben trabajar esa parte y fuera de eso el hotel está extraordinario y excelente ubicación.

The front entrance is not very impressive. Our room was actually better than expected. The room was big and spacious, with a microwave, fridge and a stove. Now that was surprising. It was like a mini apartment. The kitchenette area was awesome, better than what I have seen in the United States. The Bathroom had two, two sinks. Amazing. The shower pressure was awesome, with abundant hot water. In summary, the hotel room was way better than I expected based on my first impression of the entrance. Check in and check out was a breeze even though the front desk people did not speak English.

Housekeeping needs to be improved. Linens / towels are replaced when the laundry is done using the same towels while guests waits without towels. Staff was attentive but could improve some.

El hotel está ubicado en buen lugar , el cuarto con cortinas que no cerraban y almohadas sucias y para rematar el desayuno se acabó temprano no vuelvo espero que mejoren no lo recomiendo.

I couldnt Sleep because there is a discotec in the 9th floor, the music was so loud until 6:00 AM in the morning. It was terrible. I want a refund.

The condition are very very poor and probably the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been. I do not recommend anyone to stay here, too many better option in the area for the same or similar price.

Pictures are not correct. Once checked in the rooms all smelled like really bad mold. White powdery substance was on the desk and stains on the carpet floor. Looked like we checked into a brothel. Immediately left within 10 minutes of checking in.

I didn't like the smell of the restaurant area where they served breakfast and the fact that a cat was in the kitchen was a turn-off for me. The room had a funny smell and the glass was really dirty.
