"Great welcome, really friendly and helpful staff. Really glad I used their on parking service, given how busy Siena is I would've struggled securing off site parking. The room was nice and bug with absolutely incredible panoramic views."

"The hotel is in a rural setting just beyond a supermarket. Parking is plentiful. Checking in and out was friendly. Apartment was lovely with lounge/kitchenette area and separate bedroom. Lovely and quiet. We walked into the town using the walking paths over a busy main road. Quite a long walk, but doable, and easier walking back as downhill! Would recommend hotel and would stay again. "

We felt as if we stepped back in time and were reminded of what outstanding service and accommodations should be like ~ a much needed respite after a busy week in Florence. The restaurants were outstanding. Top notch property and my husband referred to Borgo Santo Pietro as the most beautiful hotel he’s ever stayed at. So very grateful. The Heils"
