The rooms are VERY clean and spacious.

The property is off the main road by the marina where you go for day cruises. You definitely need a vehicle.

"Simply amazing views and beautiful property. We booked a 2 bedroom villa, it was nice but the layout didn't work for us so the manager moved us to another villa with no stairs and it was perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful. The best part was the location, it is located in the south part of the island away from the busy tourist hubs of Fira and Oia but still close to many wonderful restaurants and attractions. "Lovely place, no problems except new hotel being built directly outside our room (very noisy!).
I would suggest the following:
Install at least one more coffee machine in the breakfast room.
Provide rooms with their own plunge pools with absorbent mats outside the patio doors.
Warn guests about the difficulty in accessing the sea from the beach due to slippery rocks.

"We just came back from a week at Marillia Village and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel grounds are beautiful and our room was really lovely and a great size for a family of 4, the outdoor area and jacuzzi was lovely.
The hotel is peaceful, the pool area was quiet and not busy/overcrowded with plenty of sunbeds. A very chilled out friendly atmosphere.

The bar/restaurant we used a lot during the day and the staff are fantastic.
We hired a car and saw a lot of the island in the evenings with Marillia being in a easy location to reach and also a couple of minutes away from the beach with plenty of restaurants and beach clubs.
We would love to visit again and highly recommend to anyone wanting a more relaxing stay away from the crowds of Oia and Fira."
"The breakfast was filling enough to give you a good start to the day. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of clothing storage and the bathroom was simple and clean. We had a patio with chairs, TV, hairdryer. It would have been nice to have a kettle. Eileen was very welcoming and polite. We were late arriving - past 1am in the morning but we were still welcomed with enthusiasm. We would book this hotel again. The buses are only EUR2 to Fira and run every half hour. Akrotiri is a very quiet town with one main road, it's a real escape from the busier towns but has its own charm."
