"Beautiful grounds and room . Spacious 2 bedroom with our own private pool and lounge area. Nice amenities. Excellent breakfast and staff were friendly and attentive. Short walk to main town Imerovigli where bus can take you to Fira or Oia. We would definitely stay again ."

"El hotel en general está en buenas condiciones, limpio y el personal siempre amable y atento para ayudar resolviendo dudas, la habitación excelente vista un súper plus saliendo teníamos la piscina. También súper cercano a tiendas de souvenirs y algunas opciones de buenos restaurantes con excelentes vistas !"

"We arrived around 11 pm and it was extremely difficult to find the reception. We searched for about 45 minutes. There was nobody in the night to guide us. Finally I went down and then an ice cream shop owner gave directions to go down the steps passing a gate. Also nobody was responding to multiple phone calls. It would have been a lot easier if they had an arrow sign leading to the reception."

"Very nice hotel just a 15 minute walk into Fira town. From there, it's easy to take the bus (2-3€) to Oia or down to Akrotiri or Red Beach--all worth visiting. Note that the walk to hotel is slightly up/down hill, but not bad. We stayed in the junior suite, which was spacious and had a nice balcony view. Good breakfasts with different variety of items each morning. They arranged taxi transport from the airport for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We have just departed following our wedding in Santorini. I can’t thank Costa Grand enough for how amazingly helpful they have been, no request was too big. We were offered a complimentary upgrade on our last night which we politely declined due to the amount of baggage we had unpacked but we appreciated the offer so much. We had approx 30 people staying with us at Costa grand so I had emailed a few months before and asked if we could possibly be close together in the hotel to reduce disruption to other guest around the pool, we never expected them to manage this but they did! Meaning all of our guests were in one area which was amazing. The amenities were great, food and drink were excellent and staff are extremely friendly and helpful."
