"I’m giving the hotel overall 4 stars, but only 3 stars for the amenities. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much cleaner property and better amenities. One of our biggest disappointments was the pool area. The pool water was quite cold, and the pools closed at 7 PM, which made it very difficult to use them after spending the day sightseeing. For a hotel in this price range, we expected to be able to enjoy the pools later in the evening. We were also surprised that use of the sauna required an additional charge of €30 per hour. Given the already high room rate, this seemed excessive and was disappointing. The hotel does offer parking, which is a plus, but the parking area is a considerable distance from the hotel, so you have to walk back and forth each time you need your car. Overall, the hotel was nice, but the experience did not quite match the price we paid. Had I known about the early pool closing time, cold pool water, additional sauna charge, and the distance to the parking area, I would have chosen a hotel directly in town and simply parked in a public parking garage."

"Beautiful property with great view and central location. Bar and reception staff were incredible. Pool was freezing and therefore was, for most of my visit, unused by majority of guests- it would be good for the hotel to invest in a heater. Sun beds were comfortable - it would be nicer if you offered service (instead of having to go to bar for a drink and food). Air conditioning unit was placed on the wall over my bed and literally kept me awake most nights (sounded as if there was a hurricane outside)."

"The entire stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were polite, informative and very helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable, offered multiple pillow options, and the private pool was well maintained. We visited PacMan. We enjoyed the beautiful views, great food and excellent service. I enjoyed a message treatment at the spa that was calm and relaxing. The property is very well maintained. My favorite part of the property was visiting the gardens where they grow many of the vegetables they serve in the restaurant. It was a beautiful garden. The location was perfect for us. It is not on the caldera but it right across the street. It was very quiet and private which was nice after exploring the main strip along the caldera. We still had an incredible ocean and sunset view!"

"Excellent stay, breakfast was tasty and plentiful, rooms were well prepared and cleaned. Staff was always available and helpful. Only complaint was hot water for the shower was occasionally, and I mean only a couple times, not quite as hot as one might like. Would stay there again."
