Sophia Luxury Suites

"Sophia Luxury was an amazing spot to pick for our honeymoon. The view was fantastic, the staff was very pleasant, and the room itself (superior honeymoon suite) was large and exotic. Improvement areas could have been more clarity in the privacy of the hot tub area. The underground cave pool was one of the top reasons we chose the suite. It was exciting to walk down the steps to it, but the water was not clean, the lights didn't work, and it was cold. The extras (shuttles, setting up a honeymoon welcome, massage etc.) were very expensive as well, which is mostly expected there but felt excessive through the hotel. Still we had great experiences with staff and especially Vera and gentleman who also firefights. Breakfast delivered to the room was an awesome experience. It was a blessing to be there. Overall definitely between 3.5 and 4 stars and worth a booking at least for the superior honeymoon suite."

"We have just departed following our wedding in Santorini. I can’t thank Costa Grand enough for how amazingly helpful they have been, no request was too big. We were offered a complimentary upgrade on our last night which we politely declined due to the amount of baggage we had unpacked but we appreciated the offer so much. We had approx 30 people staying with us at Costa grand so I had emailed a few months before and asked if we could possibly be close together in the hotel to reduce disruption to other guest around the pool, we never expected them to manage this but they did! Meaning all of our guests were in one area which was amazing. The amenities were great, food and drink were excellent and staff are extremely friendly and helpful."
