“The hotel was beautiful, clean, modern and the staff were excellent. The staff were very helpful in planning day trips and making recommendations and even bookings for us. Th restaurant had delicious food with a different catch of the day every day and could easily accommodate my celiac diet. The views were stunning and it was wonderful to hear the ocean while eating at the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Stayed at this hotel twice as it was near downtown Ponta Delgada and not far from the airport. Taxi ride was 10 Euros each direction to and from the airport. There is a taxi kiosk in the lobby to call the taxi, although a little confusing to use. First stay, front desk staff was not informing of things like parking tickets when parking out in front of hotel (had a car for first stay and got a ticket). There is a breakfast that can be purchased, buffet style. All Azores hotels have the same type...
