“호텔 위치가 중심인 폰타델가다에서 멀기는 하지만 침대사이즈가 커서 어른2면 아이1명이 같이 자기에 좁지는 않았습니다. 사우나 사용도 가능했고 한가지 아쉽다면 인사이드 풀장의 물이 따뜻했으면 더 좋았을것 같네요. 주변에 만족스러운 레스토랑이 많이 없어서 호텔에서 식사하거나 다른 지역으로 나가야합니다. 호텔에서 식사하는 경우 예약이 필요합니다.”

“Staff was Excellent, rooms a little dated but still would book again.”

“Property was very clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly, but not very helpful. I needed toilet paper for my room and they said they couldn’t give me any. They ended up sending a housekeeper up with some but it’s just the point that it was like pulling teeth to get some. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Hotel bar needs a better payment system, lots of family member’s meals and drinks ended up on our tab. At one point our tab was on some random person’s room number which...

“Beautiful views overlooking the area, and a fantastic breakfast buffet! Location was a nice for walks into town for meals, etc., and is close to Terra Nostra. Parking at the hotel was a challenge - the lot was small, but the reception deck employee helped us figure out a solution!”

“Paulo was an incredible host, suggesting ideas for activities, hikes and restaurants. The bed was confortable and the room had everything you need. If you want to go to bed early or stay in bed late, don’t forget to bring your earplugs if you are in the main building because you can hear people at breakfast.
