“I stayed here for one night with my family after our flight was cancelled leaving out of Ponta Delgada. It was a last minute choice and this property was beautiful. I believe it’s new , everything was spotless, food at the restaurant was delicious, would definitely stay again. ”

“Room and bedding was comfortable. Location was very convenient. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Location was very walkable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I did think the 7 euros an hour for early check in was a bit pricey. Our only other criticism would be the breakfast room and food were just average. ”
“The property is exactly what it is called. Charming. The staff is very nice. The breakfast had everything you need. Be prepared to walk up and down the stairs as there is no elevator. The only issue we had with our room (#10) is that sink in the bathroom was super tiny and could not put any toiletries in the bathroom. Rooms also do not come equipped with a fridge. Otherwise it was a beautiful property. ”
“Absolutely fantastic location - right next to amazing gelato and near incredible restaurants. Hotel was clean, room was sizeable, and staff was very helpful. They booked our taxi to the airport for us! Breakfast was delicious and copious.
My one qualm is that the fitness center didn't open until 9 am which is a little late when you want to get out to do things. ”

“Simple, but nice, clean, modern style. Well located for a lower cost visit to Furnas. Has a common kitchenette that with fridge, coffe maker, utensils and such, and a cute little market steps away, along with the delicious water of the tres bicas fountain, provide low cost food options. The restaurant downstairs is also very good. ”
“We stayed here for 6 days from Aug 03 - 09 2025. We love staying here. The hotel is clean, quiet, with plenty of parking and the staff is AWESOME! They are always friendly and courteous. Nuno, Maria, Petra and Julia always greeted us with a smile and they helped us a lot. If Fatima is reading this have her give all you guys a huge raise !!
One small suggestion - can your hotel upgrade the televisions in the rooms to be Smart TV's? It would be nice to watch movies and shows on the Internet....
