โThe girl that it was at the front desk was super nice, the cleaning ladies were the best, being Americans we like a lot of towels and they gave us all the towels that we needed. Very clean location, this is the town that I was born and as always people are very nice and will go out of their ways to make people welcome. โ
โI had a wonderful stay at the brand-new Delta Hotel in Ponta Delgada. The location is perfectโright in the heart of the city, just minutes from the airport. The staff were excellent, welcoming me with an early check-in and great local dining recommendations. My room was spotless and comfortable. Since the property is still new, some facilities are finding their rhythm, and Iโd suggest clearer instructions for the balcony door, which can be a bit confusing. โHassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs.
