"Fantastic relaxing vacation. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurant options and stores within a very short walk. Food and beverages fairly pricey at the hotel but delicious. Would highly recommend!!"

"The property was clean. The included breakfast was wonderful, there was plenty to choose from, something for everyone plus you could order from a menu. The apartment rooms are spacious with a well stocked kitchen. The only problem was we couldn't figure out how to unfold the sleeper sofa. Our daughter was sick and wanted to utilize the sleeper but we were told it was for ages 12 and under. Which makes no sense. The age of a person shouldn't matter. If the sleeper has a weight limit that should be the discussion."

"Very comfortable bed, small bathroom. I would say it is a 4 star not 5. Ordered room service which took very long. Thankfully, food was good when we finally got it. Friendly staff. Late check out not available. Convenient location."

"Overall a very nice hotel. The restaurant and breakfast were well above average. Staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating. A big issue for us was the bathroom. The shower walls were made of wood which were molding all around the bottom due to moisture, this was not something I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. There was very little storage space in the bathroom for toiletries, and the toiletries provided were insufficient and were never replenished. The pool area was lovely as was the hot soaking tub. We did not have a chance to experience the spa."

"Nine Dots is a wonderful hotel! Well situated, easy to walk to attractions and restaurants, very close to the waterfront. The staff were outstanding, very helpful and welcoming, and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Housekeeping staff came around in the evenings to ensure our needs were met. Parking can be a bit tricky, but you're given a few options. Amazing breakfast buffet! Loved the artwork."

"Breakfast was good and had plenty of variety albeit the same everyday. Spa was nice with sauna and steam. One complaint would be the indoor pool attached to spa would allow kids so it wasn’t ultra peaceful After a massage… Room nice with ocean view regularly cleaned."

"Beautiful experience, felt like a spa from the moment we arrived. Relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Thermal pool amenities are perfect to relax after a day’s activities. Restaurant feels like you’re in a garden, and lots of healthy options. Comfortable rooms and quiet at night. Definitely worth exploring this part of the island. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!"
