“Døren er låst og de har et skilt foran hvor der står at der ikke er personale før kl 15, så ventede 7 timer uden grund ude foran men udover det er det et virkelig godt hostel med vildt god placering ”

“La struttura è molto bella e pulita, in un vecchio convento. Anche se c'erano pochi ospiti, i muri sono molto sottili, si sentono tante rumori dalle stanze vicine. I bagni sono puliti ma hanno bisogno di manutenzione. Porte che non si chiudono bene e rubinetti che perdono.”

“If you are viewing this property from hotels.com, note there is no laundry available. While there was “room cleaning” our towels and sheets were never changed, we were there for 6 nights. We were told we could notify the front desk, however, their hours are so limited that it was tough to coordinate. This place is very basic, the doors are loud and so at night the sounds echo, the beds are comfortable enough. I would recommend this place if you are hoping to stay in ponta delgada on a budget. ”

“Great location not far from central Ponta delgada main area. The staff was friendly and were very pleasant to interact with. I like that they had breakfast included every morning and the rooms were newly renovated. Highly recommend”

“For a hostel experience this place was outstanding. Clean, everything like brand new, good check-in experience, communication responsive, and centrally located. On a bus route, tho' I recommend renting a car if possible as everything on Pico Is. is more accessible if you have your own transportation. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone! especially solo travelers like myself.”

“今まで泊まったホステルの中で一番良かったです。 キッチン設備がとても充実していて、料理をしたくなるような快適な環境でした。タオルも定期的に交換してもらえたのがありがたく、さらに外出用のタオルまで用意されていて細やかな気配りを感じました。 館内はいつも清潔で、掃除も隅々まで行き届いていました。同じ部屋になった人とも「この値段でこんなに素晴らしいホステルに泊まれるなんて」と話すほど感動しました。 立地や設備、清潔さ、スタッフの配慮など、どれをとっても大満足です。またこの街を訪れることがあれば、ぜひ利用したいと思います。”
