Perfect Spot in Ponta Delgada

Wonderful stay with the friendliest staff! Charming room, beautifully furnished, and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend! The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous classic architecture and has been cared for so well. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating - they were able to offer us nearby parking in a private lot for 5 euros per night - we’ll worth it to know we would have a safe place to park each night we got home, and also while we were doing things I. The name of this hotel is quite appropriate as it is indeed charming. The manager upon arrival, Gabriella, was exceptional in assisting with arrangements. Other staff were very friendly and helpful too. Many dining options close by. Located in the heart of the centro city of Ponta Delgada, it is convenient to walk in the neighborhood.

A truly charming house in PDL city centre

An exceptional couple of days in a truly charming house in the middle of Ponta Delgada. Close to everything you wish for for a city centre, the relaxing atmosphere, delicious seasonal breakfast, captivating smell and luxurious decoration and furniture make it the perfect place to stay. Not to forget the immense gratitude and help from the staff. This place is a must do for a short luxury stay in the Acores!

Saved Christmas

Dec 24 and 25 there were not open places to eat. The ladies helped us by calling good local Hotel for a reservation. It took e them long time , because most of them were only open for their own guests only. But the succeeded and we got a great meal each day. Thank you !

The room was clean, bed was super comfy and staff was friendly. They offered tea, coffee and water downstairs. They helped us book a tour around the Ponto Delgado last minute! Super convenient location downtown near shopping, restaurants and pier. Breakfast had a cute set up, numbering your tables and changing them daily so you sit in different spots. They had homemade yogurts that amazing! And great selection of foods. And the music set a wonderful tone for breakfast. Will be returning to this hotel in future
