We love staying here. We stay at least once a year. They need to do some remodeling, but doesn’t reduce the value of this place. I wish they would at least upgrade their tv to smart TVs.

Lived in this hotel for 2 months a decade ago. Staff is good, food is reasonable, but the facility needs remodeling. Air conditioning was not working, WiFi never worked in the room, one elevator broke down, and furniture (including beds) needs renewal.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The rooms were musty from mold. Bathroom showers were loaded with mold. It was disgusting. Switched to other rooms and they had mold. 4 out of 4 rooms had mold. No discount applied due to inconvenience and mold issues. I have photos but no upload link to share.

Uma das piores estadia em Barueri!Parece Que o ap parou nos anos 80. Tentando sobreviver ao tempo. Tudo antiga. O frio que Batia la fora era o mesmo dentro do quarto. O ar era antiga e não aquecia. Assim como as tomadas, Não consegui carregar meu computador. Tudo muito desconfortavel. Eu acabei me confundindo pq antes havia ficado no mesmo prédio, mas pelo Anora Spaces. Que e totalmwente oposto. Acredito Que eles do Sequoia Nao vao sobreviver ao tempo com essa admistracao hoteleira. Único ponto positive e a stature do prédio que tem academia, piscina, lavanderia e o servico de quarto

Os funcionários são muito prestativos e educados, mas o banheiro do quarto 803 precisa de uma manutenção. As toalhas estavam até desfiando..., já me hospedei outras vezes no hotel, porém dessa vez me cobraram até o estacionamento.

Fico nesse hotel há uns 5 anos, gosto muito quanto a sua localização e facilidade de locomoção. Existe ressalvas sim, quanto a falta de manutenção e limpeza do ar condicionado, sempre há mofos nas paredes, e to.as.que nao funcionam, wifi ruim para trabalhar e acessar, conexão da tv fica caindo. Se analisar o.calor da diária, poderiam melhorar os apartamentos e fazer manutenção sempre. Os quartos vip/elite até que tem uma manutenção diferenciada ainda sim, a desejar pelo valor versus qualidade. E peço que troque os lençóis porque afinal, paga-se diária.

Nao vale o custo x beneficio

AP 1302 - Instalacoes antigas, tipo modelo de tomadas com mais de 15 anos, alem do formato que sem adaptador vc nao conseguira utilizar, ha tomadas com mal contato e nao funcionando... Iluminação precária, inclusive com lâmpada do abajur estava queimada. Piso no banheiro, principalmente na área do box com mofo... colchão muito antigo e desconfortável....

É um hotel muito antigo que parou no tempo. Os moveis, carpete, TVs, caideiraa, tudo é antigo. O café da manhã é básico, mas não tem qualidade. Os colaboradores foram todos educados, e a recepcionista me deixou entrar no quarto mais cedo que o horário padrão de check-in. Não ficaria novamente por haver outros hotéis de mesmo preço que são novos e modernos.
