Terrible and dirty place with bugs. Service is poor and the rooms don’t even have basic amenities. The hotel is not at all maintained. The owner of the property is very rude to the customers when asked for a service and doesn’t care about customers. Worst hotel I stayed so far! Please, avoid at any cost!

Tem pontos a melhorar

O hotel é antigo e o atendimento deixa a desejar. São poucas vagas de estacionamento então se for escolher por conta de ter estacionamento melhor procurar outro. O café da manhã é bom, simples e a comida é gostosa. A limpeza do banheiro deixa bastante a desejar, a recepção tem cheiro de mofo e a entrada de urina. O barulho da rua não incomoda tanto as janelas vedam bem mas o do ar condicionado é bem difícil de aguentar.

Great location, friendly and English speaking front desk staff. Didn’t get to experience room service as first day I’ve stayed there i slept most of the time and second day for some reason they didn’t service the room after i left to explore the city but that’s fine as i really didn’t need the housekeeping. Amenities are dated and definitely require refresh. But I’d definitely stay there again

Is an extremely old property, I woke up sweaty because the air conditioning didn't work, the internet was conspicuous by its absence, there was never any, the area where the hotel was located was not the best, the streets were dirty and there were a lot of brothels around. The breakfast was very good and the staff VERY KIND

Estadia duvidosa na aparência mas excelente real

Sempre tive dúvida dee hospedar nesse hotel, pensei q fosse precário, mas me enganei. É excelente. Cafe da manhã incrível, e conorto nos quartos. A localização fica exatamente na Rua Augusta. Cercado da vida noturna incansável e de gente estranha naquela região.
