Cheguei no Hotel e o funcionário não encontrou a reserva da Hoteis.com. Ainda assim, prontamente conseguiu um quarto, com preço ainda abaixo ao obtido no site. Café da manhã bem simples, mas honesto, com mérito para o suco de laranja natural extraído na hora. O quarto era espaçoso e confortável. Boas cama e chuveiro. Único porém foi a janela que tinha vista para os fundos. No mais, recomendo e voltaria.

Muito caro

Pelo valor cobrado, o hotel não compete com outros do mesmo tipo. O quarto não tem nada de diferente, o banheiro tem torneiras e chuveiros bem antigos, o café da manhã é bem simples, e o preço é absurdo. No geral, o hotel é muito caro para aquilo que oferece.

O quarto era limpo, mas o hotel em geral achei mais ou menos, o café da manhã era bem simples, e no sábado tem a escola de samba ao lado que pardece que o barulho esta dentro do quarto, precisava ter isolamento acustico, o estacionamento é bem apertado, os funcionários são educados e prestativos.

Ótimo hotel

Muito tranquila. Recepção ótima pessoas super agradáveis. Quarto otimo, ducha maravilhosa, limpo. Cafe da manhã gostoso. Servem refeições também, mas experimentei. Fui só por uma noite. Qdo voltar a zona norte com certeza vou me hospedar novamente no Jabuticaba.
Adorei o quarto. Espaço bom. A porta do armário é todo em espelho. O que falta em muitos hotéis é o espelho grande. Aqui tem.

Falha gravíssima do funcionário do hotel informar a quem telefona para o hotel duas vezes seguidas pedindo para falar com um hóspede, que a hóspede não está, só que na verdade a hóspede estava no apartamento. Isto causou um enorme problema de relacionamento pessoal para a hóspede. A hóspede foi indagar na recepção sobre o fato, os ânimos se exaltaram extremamente por ambas as partes. Situação terrível. Inapropriado o comportamento da gerente, que apoiou os funcionários sem ter conhecimento de que a informação que havia sido transmitida era equivocada, pois ao contrário do que foi afirmado (que a hóspede fez checkin, saiu e não voltou) a hóspede estava no apartamento. Lamentável o ocorrido, tanto pelo comportamento do funcionário quanto da pessoa que deve ser a gerente.

PÉSSIMO - ATENDIMENTO E HIDRO NÃO FUNCIONA

Escolhi o Hotel Jabuticaba pela hidromassagem - que não funcionou - paguei pela estadia por um quarto com hidro - e se a hidro não funciona - é um quarto normal. Tentei negociar com o gerência do Hotel, porém não me atenderam, me falaram que iam entrar em contato e até agora nada. Péssimo atendimento, não há foco no cliente, nem na solução - poderiam ter me mudado de quarto, ou oferecido um desconto - porém nada foi feito... Se possível gostaria de um retorno sobre o ocorrido - caso contrário vou precisar buscar meus direitos como consumidor:
