The property is quirky, the staff are excellent, the dining is good. There are some old-fashioned touches - washing lines in the bathroom - and in places there is a clear need for refurbishment, but it's a comfortable place to stay. And the swimming pool is excellent. I realise from other reviews that one must book a superior room in order to have bottled water and tea-making facilities in the room, but in my view this should be available in all rooms as standard.

Viajei com minhas filhas, e fiquei agradavelmente surpreso que já havia uma cama extra arrumada para a filha menor, bem como mimos esperando por ela. Foi uma maneira muito especial do hotel nos receber. Além disso, a piscina é ótima, os quartos tem bom isolamento acústico, um bom blackout nas janelas e um ótimo chuveiro. No geral foi uma ótima estadia. Importante apontar que há duas estações de metrô próximas ao hotel.

Ao abrir o sofá cama uma surpresa com a sujeira, parecia que nunca havia sido limpo... e o piso do banheiro também chama atenção pelo descaso na limpeza... A considerar serem da rede Mercure, deveriam ter mais atenção nisso...
