O recepcionista, embora gentil, parecia perdido com as informações de check in, e dois dias depois, perdido em relação ao checkout. Parecia que não sabiam quem estava ou não hospedado, quem havia pago ou não... Na cozinha, havia uma única xícara (lascada) e uma única colher disponíveis. O jeito era usar copos para o café e partilhar a colher. Quando questionados sobre a falta de utensílios, disseram que não havia suficiente porque os hóspedes levaram embora, como se isso justificasse (o espaço tinha câmeras e isso poderia ser averiguado e reposto). No quarto, só foi disponibilizado um lençol finíssimo e puído, e mesmo estando no fim do outono, quando começa a esfriar, a manta era cobrada à parte (R$ 5,00). O quarto não tinha chave (ou fechadura eletrônica), e como fiquei sozinha num quarto com seis beliches, não me senti segura durante a noite, uma vez que a porta ficava aberta (sem trancar) e qualquer pessoa poderia entrar. O banho foi outra aventura: no quarto onde eu estava não havia aviso de que há um timer que regula a duração do banho quente. Sem saber, no primeiro dia tive que terminar na água fria. E na última noite, depois de piscar algumas vezes, o chuveiro simplesmente explodiu e foi preciso usar o banheiro coletivo. Em suma, a única coisa que valeu a pena foi a localização, a pouco menos de 10 min do metrô Paraíso. Fora isso, uma hospedagem bem precária pelo valor cobrado.

Passei duas noites no hostel, no quarto feminino. A cama era cômoda e o ambiente, embora um pouco abafado por não ter janela, tinha um ventilador que resolveu bem, especialmente porque não fazia tanto calor nesses dias. Os funcionários foram muito receptivos e atenciosos.

Achei o ambiente pouco organizado e limpeza média. Não tem boas roupas de cama. Os armários são ruins, parte deles está com defeito e não tranca. Vale a pena pra quem quer apenas um lugar pra dormir um noite, mais que isso eu me incomodaria muito. Resumo: Não é bom, mas não é horrível.

É um hostel de baixo custo e oferece instalações de baixo custo. Camas e banheiros limpos, armários para todos, cozinha equipada, bem localizado, tem uma ótima área livre no fundo. Já me hospedei aqui antes e voltarei. É bem ok para poucos dias.

Terrível! O mínimo que você deseja em uma hospedagem é uma cama para descansar bem, os colchões são PÉSSIMOS, eu reclamei para trocar o colchão da cama, e recebi outro pior, foi impossível dormir, fiquei sentindo as madeiras embaixo a noite inteira, a recepcionista ainda concordou comigo que estava ruim e não tinha nada que pudesse fazer :/ A limpeza era ruim, usei o banheiro e chuveiro dois dias e não foi limpo nesse período, sendo que é de uso coletivo Por fim, fiz uma reserva de 4 dias, e não consegui ficar, tive que ir embora no segundo dia, desperdício de dinheiro e uma péssima experiência

Quando eu cheguei a vizinha estava muito suja mas logo alguém veio e deixou tudo limpo, foi muito rápido! No geral realmente só dormi! A localização eh boa próximo ao metrô paraíso o que pra mim facilitou muito. Tem barulho e música alta até o amanhecer mas a mim não incomoda em nada, pra quem gosta de lugares que respeitam horário de silêncio esse não é o lugar?
