Ótimo hotel, porém restaurante com staffs amadores

Ótimo atendimento e conforto. Apenas duas coisas para melhorar: 1 - o serviço de quarto é apenas até às 22h30 e para quem, como eu, vai a São Paulo para trabalhar ou ir a shows, esse horário é muito cedo; 2 - as staffs do restaurante precisam de mais treinamento, além de não repor muitos pratos quentes no café-da-manhã, no primeiro dia em que estive lá (sábado) um grupo reservou para o almoço e às 09h50 as staff começaram a impedir os hóspedes de sentarem em metade do restaurante, ficaram arrastando cadeiras e gritando umas com as outras enquanto arrumavam as mesas para o almoço do grupo (além de não fazer a reposição dos alimentos), sendo que o café vai até às 11h aos sábados e domingos, foi uma experiência péssima.
