I initially requested a basic city view room and when I arrived they gave me a room specially designed for a wheelchair bound person. Then the front desk staff tried to convince me that it was my fault for not viewing the pictures to see it was designed for a wheelchair bound person. Overall, the other staff were nice, the breakfast was good, the location was fairly ok.

Excelente Hotel Radisson Red Ibirapuera / São Paulo, da rede Atlântida Hospitality Internacional. Tive uma experiência maravilhosa com o hotel. Esse Hotel dispõe de mais 103 apartamentos para melhor atender os hóspedes, dispõe de Piscina, academia, salas de Reuniões, sala de jogos e demais estruturas para uma ótima estadia. O quarto é amplo, limpo, moderno, climatizado e cheiroso, na minha unidade existiam duas televisões, uma na sala e outra no quarto, assim como dois ares-condicionados também nós respectivos cômodos retromencionado, assim como uma ótima mesa de serviço, cofre, tábua de passar roupa e ferro, frigobar, microondas, Cooktop e pia. O banheiro é excelente, com vários produtos "Kit Beleza" Estacionamento coberto pago com manobrista. Café da manhã com uma grande diversidade de produtos de boa qualidade, tudo muito bem montado e organizando para um excelente café da manhã. Durante o check in e check out fui muito bem atendido, os funcionários foram educados, solícitos e preocupados em melhor atender os clientes. Parabéns aos colaboradores "Gabriel" e "Heitor" que deixaram nossa experiência ainda mais especial.
