A equipe se destaca. Funcionários muito cordiais e sinceros. e toda a equipe já está lá há anos. Hotel muito antigo, precisando URGENTEMENTE DE REFORMAS. Alguns andares tem mal cheiro, e o carpete do apto faz espirrar, assim como as cortinas e roupa de camas e banho que são furadas e rasgadas. Nem se pode dizer que o custo benefício vale a pena, pq não vale. Diárias de Balboa são mais baratas que de app. Absurdo.

Fuja deste hotel

Como dormir em um quarto com tantos problemas? Carpete velho e gasto; paredes mofadas por infiltração; colchão de molas velho e molenga; roupa de cama gasta; lâmpadas queimadas; e com a janela quebrada? Impossível. Para o meu azar foi, até então, a madrugada mais fria do ano e o hotel estava lotado. Como a janela de vidro (que isola o vento que entra pela veneziana de alumínio e o barulho do bar em frente) estava quebrada só me restou uma alternativa: tirar o colchão de uma das camas e coloca-lo em frente a janela para diminuir o frio. Sem dúvida uma das piores escolhas de hospedagem que fiz na vida.
