I contacted the hotel to see if an early check-in would be possible, as I arrived in São Paulo in the morning. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, invited me to come to the hotel, and kindly allowed me to check in at 10:00 a.m.

Os apartamentos são espaçosos, cama boa, jogo de cama muito bom. Meu apto estava com problema na rede elétrica, frigobar não ligou. Os banheiros mereciam uma atenção melhor.

Café da manhã excelente, tinha variedade de frutas, bolos, doces, salgados. Pães de queijo, pão francês, pão de forma para fazer com alface, tomate, queijo a escolher, sucos variedade, ovos mexidos, calabresa e salsicha. Muito bom mesmo, parabéns!!!!

O quarto estava em boas condições e os recepcionistas acolheram bem, porém o que ficou a desejar foi o café. Não tinha muitas opções, fruta só tinha duas opções de frutas, no segundo dia o pão francês estavam todos cortado ao meio, depois de alguns minutos que minha esposa já estava terminando de tomar café que chegou mais pães, eu e meus filhos não conseguimos tomar café por falta de opções e inclusive o presunto estava com gosto suave de limão como se estivesse querendo azedar e não estava bom. Precisa melhorar muito o café, não pretendo voltar mais nesse hotel por causa do café.

Hotel antigo que precisa de um retrofit. Somente uma tomada do quarto funcionava. O raia. Da recepção teve de emprestar um adaptador, pois além de 2 celulares havia outros aparelhos para carregar. Os quartos são antigos e o bwc é ruim demais. A roupa de cama é simples. O café da manhã é bom.
