Passei 10 dias no Hotel Del Plaza Palace, na Praça da República, durante o Carnaval, e minha experiência foi bastante mista. A localização é excelente e a estrutura é boa à primeira vista, porém o hotel já demonstra sinais evidentes de desgaste e falta de manutenção preventiva. Não recomendo para estadias longas, apenas para pernoites rápidos. Nos dois quartos em que ficamos, enfrentamos problemas com ar-condicionado e chuveiro. No primeiro, o ar parou de funcionar no terceiro dia; o técnico informou que não havia conserto imediato e seria necessária a troca do aparelho, obrigando-nos a mudar de quarto e interromper meu trabalho e aulas online. No segundo, o ar também falhava: precisava ser desligado para o motor esfriar antes de voltar a gelar, comprometendo o conforto. Os chuveiros eram problemáticos, com jato excessivamente forte ou desconfortável. A limpeza deixou a desejar: painéis com poeira acumulada, azulejos quebrados e sujeira em áreas altas pouco higienizadas, o que agravou crises de rinite. Em contraste, a cozinha é excelente: ambiente amplo, organizado, café da manhã variado e equipe extremamente educada e atenciosa. As recepcionistas são simpáticas e prestativas, mas um funcionário específico demonstrou descaso constante, permanecendo no celular e ignorando cumprimentos. No geral, atende para estadias curtas, mas precisa de manutenção estrutural urgente e melhora no padrão de atendimento. (Avaliação detalhada no Google Reviews)

Acomodações boas, tinha movimentação de blocos de carnaval durante minha hospedagem e ouvi pouquíssimo barulho, nada que tenha incomodado ou atrapalhado o sono. A minha acomodação foi muito espaçosa e de limpeza impecável, mas apesar do zelo ainda existe um cheirinho de mofo que insistiu em aparecer, mas só foi deixar a janela aberta por uns instantes que logo amenizou. O café da manhã atende bem, apesar de simples, o que não impactou a experiência em uma estadia de 3 diárias. Funcionários prestativos e educados. Minha experiência foi melhor do que o Delplaza da Av Ipiranga, com certeza voltaria.

Fique muito satisfeita com a minha estadia. Permaneci por três dias. A equipe é muito simpática, a localização é ótima. O quarto e o banheiro estavam limpos. As camas e travesseiros são confortáveis, o hotel oferece roupa de cama e toalhas brancas que podem ser trocadas diariamente. O banheiro é grande, possui exaustor, box com blindex, o chuveiro é uma delícia, a torneira também tem a opção de água quente e secador de cabelo. Não é possível ouvir barulho dos outros hóspedes. O café da manhã é bastante farto e diverso, com pães, bolos, salgados, doces, frutas, frios, iogurte, leite, chá, café, suco e etc... O check-in e o check out foram bastante rápidos. Com certeza eu me hospedaria novamente. Recomendo!
