Staff members are the difference. Clean rooms. A special mention to Joelma, the housekeeper. Reception personnel very friendly and accommodating. This is my place of choice every time I visit SP.

Equipe de funcionários sem preparo é muito secos . Recepção sem preparo : tive que carregar 5 malas sozinho . Estacionamento péssimo , posicionaram meu carro de forma que quando fui sair , quebrei um retrovisor de uma BMW X5 ano 25 , com custo de mais 20 mil . Fui solicitar o seguro e me ignoraram , dizendo que o problema era meu . Péssimo hotel , péssimo atendimento , muito ruim para guardar seu veículo . Nunca mais me hospedo na rede Transamerica .

Primeira vez que me hospedei no hotel e tive uma boa surpresa. Além do bom custo benefício, gostaria de destacar a atenção do funcionário da recepção, Oswaldo, que me auxiliou com um problema no ar condicionado e compra de escova de dente que eu havia esquecido de levar e já estava tarde da noite! Uma única sugestao de melhoria seria rever a manutenção do ar condicionado, que não estava funcionando adequadamente.
