Great hotel, with great staff and a great location

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Was in town for 2 weeks on business and everything worked as clockwork. Very friendly and serviceminded staff, nice big room with all the necessary amenities. Bathroom was of an older style, but kept clean and orderly to a high standard. Great high quality breakfast buffet, but could have a larger number of choices. Still, everything served was of very high quality. Finally, the location is perfect if you're in town for business and need a central location, with a great selection of restaurants and bars in a safe neighborhood.

Very good hotel

Great breakfast and all the staff deserve the highest note. Very friendly! I would have given 10 but I had to deduct points due to the noise (there is no soundproofing walls), you can hear the airplanes and other outside noises and also the internal noises from the corridor. Also bring your own pillow if you are prone to develop a neck pain like myself as the pillows are very high and felt very uncomfortable. But overall is a very good hotel in a great location with lots of options to eat and there is supermarket and pharmacy nearby.

O quarto oferece cama de solteira muito estreita e o colchão é péssimo. A gente afunda nele. O quarto reservado para duas pessoas solteiras e tinha uma terceira cama bem no "meio" do quarto. O valor da latinha de água de 300ml custa R$14,00, um roubo! A pia do banheiro caia água no pé da gente toda vez que abríamos a torneira. O café da manhã era vergonhoso com frutas passadas. Enfim, pior hotel que já me hospedei na capital de São Paulo.

Ótima localização e estrutura. Quarto bem grande e confortável. A academia também é muito boa e bem equipada. Único ponto que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã: as frutas estavam bem feinhas e o ovo estava com muita manteiga (apesar disso ser um problema recorrente em hotéis). Além disso encontrei alguns fios de cabelo no chuveiro quando fui usar, acredito que faltou um cuidado na limpeza dessa parte.
