Precisa melhorar

Gosto muito do hotel. Porém desta vez a descarga do vaso sanitário não funcionava. E havia também uma obra no andar de cima, com martelete fazendo barulho insuportável o dia todo, durante 3 dias. Além disso o sistema de chaves deste hotel em cartão magnético é terrível. Já é a terceira vez que fico lá e os cartões se desmagnetizam o tempo todo. Mesmo sendo guardados separados de qualquer aparelho eletrônico. Al de mim, Vi vários hóspedes reclamando todas as vezes que me hospedo com eles. Apesar disso tudo, pretendo continuar usando este hire pois o atendimento é sempre muito bom e a localização perfeita.

Excelente hospedagem, flat muito funcional , apartamento com dois quartos confortáveis, cozinha e sala de estar, o atendimento dos funcionários impecável, no térreo do hotel há o restaurante Magori que serve o café da manhã muito saboroso, além de oferecer almoço e jantar, com especialidade japonesa e brasileira.Os funcionários do restaurante são prestativos e acolhedores, Almoçamos e jantamos muitas vezes no Magori e recomendamos muito! Voltarei ao hotel com toda certeza !

Leider fehlt uns die Vorinformation das Schwimmbad und Sauna geschlossen war, auf nach Frage wurde uns angeboten zu eine andere Hotel zu gehen und das zu nutzen, aber es wäre ein außen Pool und passt nicht si beim kaltes Wetter.
