Great staff, clean, but very busy duo to other business in the building. Also if you are a ight sleeper, beware of dogs barking the whole night, the sound insulation is poor. Take ear plugs Bed is conformatble, great shower, big gym but vey hot.

Good infra but bad service

The overall experience was bad. The infrastructure is great! All clean and comfortable. The gym shown in the pictures is not exclusive and after working hours is really crowded!! The breakfast did not have eggs even though I asked for (they said they had a technical problem that would not allow them to prepare the eggs). Considering the two points that caught my attention were the gym and the breakfast I am really disappointed with my experience there.

Agradável mas poderia ser muito melhor

Não tenho como avaliar melhor o hotel uma vez que cheguei às 11 horas e saí às 3:30 do dia seguinte. Não tomei café da manhã e até solicitei um pequeno lanche já que eu viajava pela madrugada o que me foi prontamente dificultado. Já solicitei tal pedido em um hotel em Palotina/PR e fui prontamente atendido inclusive com abertura do restaurante e com o pedido separado. O hotel precisa melhorar bastante nesse aspecto até porque para quem vai para São Paulo tem ritmo acelerado e um pedido dessa natureza seria altamente recomendável. E estamos falando de Osasco/SP.
