I recommend to stay here!
It was such a pleasure to stay here. It’s bit far from down town but tram station is 3min to walk. Staffs were super kind and room was clean! Also they have good Finnish sauna too! And you can enjoy delicious room service food with reasonable price and free breakfast!

This is a very cost-effective five-star hotel in Sarajevo. The best thing about it is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel can arrange a drop-off. What is not very convenient in the surrounding area is that there is only one burger fast food when going out to eat at night (the Internet review is not high), and the other one provides pite. The meat roll shop closes at 7pm (the service is very friendly and the taste is very good), so you need to find a convenience store at a nearby gas station. Others are just minor problems, such as the hot water flow is a little small in the rain. I don't know if it is a problem with the water pressure. The guest room has a spacious dressing room and bathroom. The well-located bathroom can see the nearby charming houses. 7th floor The bathrooms on the upper floors are very comfortable to enjoy bathing in the warm sunshine. Although the breakfast is not as rich as Turkish ones, it tastes good. The service staff are also very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.

All staff is professional and polite. Room is spacious, clean and beautifully designed. Hotel is perfectly located close to shopping, restaurants, highways. The 15th floor restaurant is beautiful and provides great all arround city views. Food is first class - worthy of 5 star hotel. All together we were impressed and 5 stars are well deserved.

Everything was fine except the parking, when I booked the room, it showed that free parking, but I was required to pay the parking when I checked out.

I didnt like the fact that pool was not working or sauna. The AC in the hotel was non existent. We changed original room but it was still hot in the room. The staff was very nice and professional.

Brilliant and fantastic
Really great hotel supported by friendly staff. I would like to thank Denis Memic and his staff for making both my friends and myself some late dinner which I had not planned in advance. He actually made it for us at very short notice and was very accommodating. The hotel is located close to the airport and is well positioned to visit the old town centre.

Its 5 stars!! From welcoming frond desk Dalila to housekeeper Mirsada to Sanid at bar to Dane, everyone was great!! Hotel is super clean, bed comfortable, view is priceless. We used restaurant on 15th floor and loved it. We will be back.

Un très bel accueil et la plupart du personnel était gentil. Cependant, la serveuse au restaurant au souper, a été très expéditive et pas aimable.

Da vi ankom nede i receptionen tog de godt i mod os. Hotelværelset var dog ikke det vi troede vi ville få da billedet på hjemmesiden viste et langt bedre værelse, end det vi fik. Det kan jeg dog godt leve med. Badeværelset var ikke gjort rent - der var afføring på toilettet da vi ankom og det blev ikke gjort rent, selvom vi bad om det. Generelt var rengøringen dårlig, vi fik bl.a. ikke skiftet sengetøj på noget tidspunkt under vores 9 dage lange ophold. Vi skulle have været der i 10 dage, men vi valgte tjekkede ud en dag før. Skabene var ødelagte, og blev først lavet efter 4 dage, så vi kunne bruge dem. Generelt var hotellet meget slidt, taget i betrakning af at det skulle være et 5-stjernet. Vi fik ikke noget guide eller hjælp, og der var meget dårligt service.

*Dont fall for the pictures online* The hotel was very outdated to be rated 5 stars. The hair dryer in the bathroom looked from 1600 I didnt even know it was a hair dryer. The hotel it self was very spacious. The AC was controlled by the staff so I had to call few times so they can put the ac up they said 22 celsius was the stander. After few calls they did lower it down to 20 celsius. I have photos of how old everything is, they should do huge renovation to this place. The breakfast was on the 15th floor nice view but food opetions were ok. In 2021 we stayed in Hotel Hills and wow the breakfast didnt jave any views but the options were endless. So modern so clean so if your in a look for a hotel definitely consider Hotel Hills and not waist uour money here.

Close to airport. Very nice hotel with a rotating rooftop restaurant. Enjoyed an excellent dinner with a great view of Sarajevo. We had an early flight so the front desk arranged for a taxi that took five minutes to arrive at the hotel and ten minutes to get to airport. Asad even provided a sack lunch since we left before breakfast.

Rooms are big and spacious but we noticed there was only one small hanger/hook for the towels which was a shame considering the size of the bathroom. The staff was amazing especially Amar and Asad who checked us in and were helpful with all the questions we had. The older lady working up in the restaurant during breakfast was also very polite and always checked if we needed more food or if something was missing. We loved the breakfast every morning of our 4 night stay. Only thing that bothered us was the smell of smoke. It is felt in elevators, reception and sometimes even the hallways. The lobby bar is next to the reception and unfortunately smoking is allowed there and the same applies for the restaurant at the top during dinner which was the main reason we couldn't have a romantic dinner with a view. Locationwise, the hotel is just across a tram stop avaz and takes 30 minutes with public transport to old town (bascarsija). Taxi cost from downtown is about 15-20 BAM without bags.

It’s a good place to stay. Not too close to the touristy places. Employee at the front desk needs to be train to be more polite and have more sensitivity toward foreign tourists. Otherwise, a good place to stay at.

Ikke pengene værd. - Langt væk fra centrum, regn med 30-40 minutter i taxa. -Værste spa, ingen medarbejder til at holde øje med folk opføre sig ordenligt. Børn har adgang, og spaen virker mere til at være legeplads for børn. -Restauranten er dårlig, den drejer rundt men hakker i det, så du får kvalme. Maden er ikke speciel. Medarbejdere der holder pause, sidder ved bordene og ryger når de holder pause.
