"For those traveling for business or pleasure Pangyo area, I would highly recommend this hotel. Walk to subway station, lots of restaurants/cafes, parks, and 5min walk to catch the bus to the airport. Room was clean and modern with comfortable amenities, Breakfast was extensive with both English and Korean foods. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Highly satisfied."

"The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too. "

"The hotel itself is clean and quiet, however, the dog amenities were not provided as described on their website. For the pet fee being charged, I would expect more attention to be paid to this."
