Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
La habitación que habíamos reservado no tenía agua caliente. Después de 2 horas intentando comunicarnos con el encargado del apartamento (solo hablaba albanés), no pudieron arreglarlo. Decidieron cambiarnos a otra habitación, que si tenía agua caliente pero la ducha estaba muy atascada y el agua no corría.
