The property and service offered by the owner was excellent and personalised. By far, the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed at. It was also self-contained, which meant we had the utensils to cook, clean and do our laundry. And all of this was just a relatively short walk away from the foreshore. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Grazie!

Bring ear plugs!! Noisy!

The first night I was awakened by people yelling in a stairwell at midnight. they advertised this place as soundproof and it is not. then there's a new building going up next door to it and there's all this noise during the day from construction. The third night I woke up again to people yelling in the stairwell. I went downstairs after that and said can I please have a room higher up so it wouldn't be so noisy. they don't have it. they only rent out the apartments on the first floor. everything above that are residences. they offered me another room on the same floor but that doesn't solve the problem because all the noise is the same. also the person next door was vomiting profusely at 5: 00am and I could hear that. since I felt I couldn't get away from the noise, I decided to leave and go to another place. The manager wasn't in that day. she doesn't speak any English. The guy at the bar speaks some English. so communication is a real problem at this place. went back the next day. the manager is not there again. she's hardly ever there. went back the second day and she told me she wasn't giving me a refund via email. I reported them to hotels.com about their false advertising. it's not soundproof, you don't get a coffee tea hot pot. I asked for one. I never got it. I never saw the ironing board. that too is also listed as an amenity. I do not recommend these apartments. they're noisy. there's a bar downstairs on the the ground floor adding to noise.

Great hosts and spacious with everything you need

Julia and Emiliano were great at making our stay more comfortable- Emiliano gave us great recommendations for places to eat and nightlife and even helped us book and reserve our bus tickets to Tirana. He even gave us his personal WhatsApp number to help us. Julia was kind enough to drop us off at the bus station when she learned we were too late to take a taxi. Very clean ans spacious apt and loved that there was a washer. Nice, family fun business in a great location. Thank you!
