House engineer blamed cable company, but regardless FIX IT. The front desk felt our pain and did provide two comps for free drinks and appetizers for two days. Also was disappointed to see demolition work in progress in the satellite parking lot, by our building....noisy teardown and dumptrucks aren't my idea of an idyllic vacay. ...
