"The only staff was the person I checked in with. Nice enough but couldn’t tell me where there was an ice cream parlor nearby The room was clean enough. It should be updated. It got stuck in the 60’s. This was a king size suite. For some reason, was stocked with one facecloth. I would not return. "

"The property is in transition of ownership so rooms were nice but the clock didn’t work, there were no coat hangers or coffee maker. It was clean and will be fine once they get things done. The shuttle service was above average! "

Never had to go and put towel on a chair to be able to enjoy the pool area. The buffet breakfast was good. Highly recommend and will definitely return. "

"We traveled here for a wedding and stayed at the Embassy. Location was good and front desk staff was nice and that about it. We checked in late around 10pm because our flight was delayed. When we got to the room, we were surprised how dark it was there. Bedroom had only one lamp on the wall. I had to use my phone flashlight to find things in my suitcase. We were tired so went straight to bed. Next morning we’ve noticed how outdated the furniture in the living area were, sofa was dirty. Shower/ tub was dirty. Floor was very sticky. There were no tissues in the box. One of the Beds was very uncomfortable. Cleaning service doesn’t understand English at all. And on top of all expensive parking. Not sure if all rooms are in this condition or just those booked through Expedia. We didn’t use any amenities they offered. Would not be returning "
